Website Rewrite
B.P.M. Associates, a life sciences and biopharmaceutical project management consulting firm located in Fishers, Indiana, hired Velocity Public Relations (VPR) to support them with a full website rewrite. The six-month project had two phases. During phase one, VPR conducted a website audit and documented opportunities to elevate website copy to better depict B.P.M.'s history, current projects, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In phase two, VPR worked with B.P.M.'s project team to create various drafts of copy for each page of the website for review and implementation. VPR also advised the firm on communications best practices and offered ideas for how to generate more awareness around the firm's services using mediums like blogs, social media, and more.
Annual Report
The Mongolian School of Colorado (MSOC) works with students from toddlers to young adults and their parents to bridge the gaps in generational, cultural, and language barriers that Mongolian families encounter in the Rocky Mountain region. VPR was proud to support the Mongolian School of Colorado with content generation for their 2024 annual report, which highlighted a year of impact for the school and continues to serve as a critical piece of literature for MSOC donor engagement and information. VPR also created a social media content library for the school for various campaigns, including student spotlights and sponsor/community partner features.
Communications Strategy - Nobody's Perfect Community
The Connection Project's goal is to strengthen and deepen connections with ourselves and others to create a community of self-empowerment, wellbeing, and awareness of struggles that can influence the human experience. The Connection Project created the Nobody's Perfect Community - a free, publicly-accessible product packed with tools and resources designed to support individuals struggling with mental health. Velocity Public Relations supported Connection Project by generating awareness of the Nobody's Perfect Community and its resources through a robust communications strategy that included: drafting the copy for the Community's website, blog and social media campaigns, outreach to influencers and community members of diverse and inclusive backgrounds for consideration on the Nobody's Perfect Community Podcast, and a media relations strategy to bring more awareness of mental health to the Denver-metro region and across Colorado.
The 10K Conversations: A Partnership with Red Rocks Credit Union
The National Alliance on Mental Illness for Arapahoe and Douglas Counties (NAMI ADCO) provides education, support, and advocacy for people whose lives are affected by mental illness. Velocity Public Relations supported NAMI ADCO and community partner, Red Rocks Credit Union, with a social media campaign for the 10K Conversations campaign. The campaign was an effort that tracked the voices, thoughts, and insights of anyone who has a connection to or struggles firsthand with mental health. For every qualifying conversation tracked for one month, Red Rocks Credit Union donated $1 in support of NAMI ADCO’s mission of a more hopeful and emotionally resilient Colorado, for up to $10,000. In addition to creating a social media strategy, VPR also boosted awareness of the partnership and campaign with the creation of a press release for the event kickoff and pitching to local and regional media outlets for coverage consideration.
